Application Analyst – Clinical Monitoring Applications

This fully remote position is ideal for someone with experience supporting applications in clinical and patient monitoring environments.
What You’ll Do

Coordinate support for assigned clinical and patient monitoring applications

Troubleshoot and resolve application issues with internal users and external vendors

Assist with planning, implementation, and testing of new or upgraded systems

Support end-users with training, guidance, and workflow optimization
-
Serve as liaison between Information Systems and clinical teams
-
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within supported applications

Document and maintain system configurations and procedures
Preferred Experience
We are especially seeking candidates with application experience in any of the following:
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field—or equivalent experience

2+ years of experience supporting clinical or healthcare applications

Strong communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
-
Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with healthcare workflows and clinical terminology is a plus
