Parkview Health is seeking a forward-thinking Central Fill Pharmacist to join our growing Parkview Integrated Pharmacy (PIP) team. With our central fill site exceeding 17% volume growth year-to-date—often hitting 1,800–2,000+ prescriptions per day—we’re looking for a pharmacist who is energized by scale, innovation, and the opportunity to shape what comes next. This role is for day shift hours with no evenings; responsible for one weekend every 12 weeks.

What You'll Do
- 80% Central Fill Fulfillment Pharmacist, 20% Outpatient Pharmacist
- Day-to-day operations of the central fill pharmacy, ensuring accuracy, safety, and timely dispensing
- Support ongoing process improvement, technology utilization, and workflow optimization
- Collaborate across pharmacy leadership, retail locations, and courier services to ensure seamless order fulfillment
- Engage in quality assurance, compliance, and regulatory readiness for central fill operations
- Precept pharmacy learners and support technician development as part of our commitment to education and grow
- Deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care and customer service in an outpatient setting
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care outcomes
- Conduct thorough evaluation of patient information to identify factors affecting drug therapy
- Adjust and manage drug therapy following established protocols or through communication with healthcare providers
Who You Are
- A licensed pharmacist in Indiana or eligible for licensure
- Experienced in high-volume outpatient or central fill pharmacy environments (preferred)
- A problem-solver and system thinker, with an eye for efficiency and quality
- Comfortable with technology and data; able to analyze and act on key performance metrics
- A strong communicator and team collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
A Strong Candidate Will Have
- Experience with automated dispensing technology and central fill workflows
- Interest in project work, cross-functional collaboration, and scaling services
- Familiarity with courier logistics, order routing, or Epic Willow Ambulatory
- Patience and interpersonal skills to promote a collaborative environment among pharmacists and technicians
