About the role
Collaborate with crews and service teams to ensure the seamless delivery, installation, and accurate billing of products and services.
What you"ll do
- Strategically forecast and manage resources to achieve project objectives efficiently.
- Demonstrate adeptness in construction site processes to facilitate smooth operations.
- Develop and meticulously oversee a comprehensive project schedule and work plan.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, encompassing strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Maintain clear communication with purchasing to address vendor and supplier requirements promptly.
- Adhere to industry-leading practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution.
- Analyze diagrams to ascertain structural dimensions accurately.
- Continuously monitor project progress and adapt plans as necessary.
- Possess the capability to work on water when required.
- Ensure safe transportation and handling of all company equipment.
- Promptly communicate job status and completed work to the office for billing purposes.
- Exercise independent decision-making and prioritization to optimize operational efficiency.
- Evaluate project performance to identify areas for enhancement.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor"s degree in marine and/or construction management, or a related field.
- Preferred 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in project management best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in overseeing projects from conception to completion.
- Strong verbal communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and operate power tools proficiently.
- Self-motivated and dependable with a proven ability to solve problems creatively.

The pay range for this role is:60,000 - 75,000 USD per year(Summerset - Madison)
