Summary:
We have our sights set on a highly motivated, people-centered, and creative Talent & Culture Generalist who obsesses over the team member experience and helps execute at every stage of the employee lifecycle. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for team members across the company, drive talent acquisition & development efforts, and advocate for strategies that connect the dots between people, key business objectives, and our mission to help people live their great lives.
Because we are firmly in the growth stage, we need an ever-observant HR pro that easily shuffles between the day-to-day, building programs, and executing strategies. Someone to make sense of the “circus” that comes alongside rapid growth. Specifically, we need a balancing act, a magician, and a show-person all wrapped into one. The Talent & Culture Generalist will be an expert at context switching and gets excited that no day will go as expected, they'll innovate and create magic seemingly out of nowhere, and will show every candidate and new team member why XYPN is the dream team!

What You'll Do
Execute HR strategies that support the company"s vision, mission, and overall business objectives. Drive the Talent & Culture function by supporting all phases of the employee lifecycle; talent acquisition, onboarding, learning & development, team relations, performance management, succession planning, and organizational development. Evaluate existing programs built for attraction, engagement, retention, and team development and ensure People initiatives always support scalability and growth.Own, evaluate, and iterate the onboarding of new team members and support the offboarding experience tooEnsure an awareness of and adherence to policies & procedures.Ensure a culture of availability, emotional intelligence, and advocacy for all team members building a reputation of confidentiality, consistency, and concern.Design programs to support the company's diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a welcoming, equitable workplace for all.Work closely with the People Operations, IT, and Finance teams to ensure cohesive processes in all phases of the employee lifecycleKey advisor to the People leadership team, providing counsel on people-related matters to drive business performance.Own the entire Learning Center team member lifecycle, tagging in P&C Leadership as appropriate and/or expectedImmerse yourself in all things XYPN for a deep understanding of the culture, pipeline, and service offerings to passionately and accurately represent the company with current and future team members, partners, and stakeholders Show appreciation for - and comfort in - adapting your approach to the numerous ways people communicate; you'll leverage various communication styles, methods, and platforms to guarantee opportunities reach (and relate to) a broad and diverse audience Help out with other HR-related functions, as identified

What You'll Bring to the Table:

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $60,000-75,000All team members at XYPN are owners! We offer a 100%- employer-funded Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
