About the position:
We"re exciting to be hiring for a Data Analyst to join our tech team! Join us in turning data into decisions. This role is key to powering insights across the business—from pricing to performance. You'll work closely with teams to build dashboards, models, and tools that help us shine smarter, together.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Design and build end-to-end business dashboards covering operations, sales, marketing, and product performance.
- Create and manage pricing models for lab-grown diamonds by collecting, analysing, and benchmarking internal and external market data.
- Set up robust reporting frameworks to monitor diamond pricing trends, and margins.
- Scrape and analyse competitor pricing data to generate actionable insights for strategic positioning.
- Assess and improve data architecture and advise on resolving data quality issues or missing data gaps.
- Partner with teams across the business to identify key KPIs and enable self-service analytics.
- Support ad-hoc data analysis requests, especially in Excel, SQL, and Python, to support business cases or strategic projects.
What are we seeking?
- Experience in a Data Analyst or similar sort of role
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
- Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, VBA desirable).
- Familiarity with data analysis in Python, R, or similar tools (desirable).
