We are seeking to add a talented Finance Operations Manager to our team. This person will play a critical role in leading and optimizing our financial processes, with a key focus on invoicing thru revenue recognition. This is a highly visible role that will have an opportunity to make a significant impact on the business. The successful candidate will have advanced analytical skills, an attention to detail, and polished communication skills, and be highly motivated to join an exciting, high-growth business.
This is a full-time remote position.
Working hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5:00pm ET
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day financial operations, including invoicing, accounts receivable, GL/Revenue accounting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Develop and improve financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial workflows.
- Prepare financial reports and provide insights to senior management.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Manage financial administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to best practices.
Work Experience & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in finance & accounting roles.
- Demonstrated experience with owning Order to Cash and Revenue recognition functions is preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial operations, including invoicing, reconciliation, and compliance.
- Proficiency in Msft Excel and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks or similar).
- Self-starter, with excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Bachelor"s degree in business, accounting, finance or related field preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
