What You Bring to the Table
- Clear and confident communication skills (verbal and written)
- A team-first attitude—ready to roll up your sleeves and collaborate
- Creative solutions to keep projects moving smoothly
- A Bachelor's Degree (ideally in Construction Management, Project Management, Real Estate, or a related field)
- A valid Driver's License (a must)
Qualifications That Set You Apart
- Some construction experience (preferred, but we're willing to train the right person)
- Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and industry standards
- Ability to read blueprints and specs like a pro
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and a quick learner for new tools
- Experience with Buildertrend (project management/timekeeping) and Bluebeam (PDF editing, take-offs) is a bonus
- Top-notch organization and multitasking skills
- A sharp eye for detail and solid note-taking habits
What You'll Do
- Partner with the Project Manager to guide projects from start to finish
- Assist in building project estimates that keep us on track
- Work with architects, engineers, and subs to handle submittals, RFIs, and key docs
- Keep digital project files organized and up to date
- Track changes and maintain clear, thorough records
- Join project meetings and help capture the details in minutes
- Support change order prep and subcontractor close-outs (warranties, record drawings)
