Director of Operations provides senior leadership and direction in all aspects of business operations for specialty practices. Responsibilities include but not limited to oversight of patient flow, staffing, patient experience, budget, practice management information system, front end revenue cycle management and human resources. Provides hands-on assistance in assessing operations and developing and implementing systems that result in streamlined processes, decreased costs and improved patient, provider and employee satisfaction.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required; Masters preferred.
10+ years leadership experience in medical practices interacting with physicians and practice staff, with strong working knowledge of all aspects of practice operations. Orthopedic and surgical practice experience strongly preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills.
Experience with EPIC ambulatory record preferred and proficient Excel skills.
