About the role
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Analyst to join our team, specializing in care coordination and population health management. By working for an emerging company in the Healthcare IT domain, your hard work and creativity will bring an immediate and significant impact for our organization and the healthcare providers who utilize our platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare IT, a passion for improving patient outcomes, and the ability to lead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
- To excel in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of healthcare experience, marketing creativity, and strategic and technical acumen. You must have a deep understanding of the healthcare B2B market and demonstrate proficiency in identifying customer and market requirements, delivering market opportunity assessments, and influencing leadership for investments. With your profound market knowledge, you will develop competitive positioning, key value messaging, and compelling content that resonates with our customers. Your drive to develop successful launch plans and marketing campaigns will be complemented by your ability to provide ongoing sales enablement and strategic thought leadership through the development and management of ROI-focused marketing materials.

What you"ll do
- Market Strategy and Execution
- Collaborate with leadership and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive adoption and growth of our care coordination and population health management solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, translating insights into actionable marketing plans.
- Collaborate with product management and sales teams to align marketing strategies with product development and sales objectives.
- Product Positioning and Messaging
- Define and articulate clear, compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to target audiences, including healthcare providers, payers, and other stakeholders.
- Create and maintain a suite of marketing collateral, including brochures, whitepapers, case studies, presentations, and website content.
- Demand Generation
- Lead demand generation efforts, including digital marketing campaigns, webinars, events, and other lead generation activities.
- Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Customer Engagement and Advocacy
- Develop and nurture relationships with key customers and industry influencers to gather feedback, drive product improvements, and create advocates for our solutions.
- Organize and participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and establish thought leadership.
Qualifications
- Company headquarters are in Pittsburgh, PA and onsite placement for this position is preferred, however working remotely (continental US only) is possible with this position. If working remotely, the candidate is required to be at HQ once a quarter for a week"s time.
- BS/BA in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration or related field is required
- Minimum of 3 (three) years of professional work experience in a multi-tenant platform service/SaaS company environment, with a focus on care coordination and population health management solutions
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies that drive growth and customer engagement.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, including key industry trends, regulatory environment, and the needs of healthcare providers and payers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.
- Experience with product launches and go-to-market strategies for healthcare IT solutions.
- Knowledge of healthcare data analytics and value-based care models.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a service-oriented attitude in a team environment. Includes interaction with internal staff as well as customer staff members
- Prior experience and ability to perform as a Product Owner highly preferred
