Logistics Coordinator
Location: Mexico City, Mexico
Shift Availability: We currently have two shifts open for this position:

Shift 1:
- From 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM ; shift off from Friday to Saturday.
Position Overview:
As a Logistics Coordinator based in Mexico City, you will oversee and manage all aspects of pricing, operations, and invoicing for shipments handled by the station. This includes handling air, ocean, and ground shipments across domestic and international markets. You will collaborate closely with the Station Manager to ensure seamless operations, enhance profitability, and support the station"s overall performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pricing Strategy:
- Develop and maintain competitive pricing aligned with company goals.
- Monitor and adjust pricing based on market conditions and operational costs.
- Negotiate rates with service providers, suppliers, and freight forwarders.
- Operational Management:
- Oversee execution of air, ocean, and ground shipments in compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors and third parties to ensure timely delivery.
- Resolve operational issues to maintain service quality.
- Invoicing and Documentation:
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
- Maintain financial records and support payment collection.
- Prepare and manage shipment documentation, including customs compliance.
- Collaboration and Station Performance:
- Partner with the Station Manager to evaluate station metrics.
- Analyze data to drive operational improvements and cost efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in logistics, customer service, or freight forwarding.
- Strong knowledge of air, ocean, and ground shipping processes.
- Skilled in negotiating with vendors and providers.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in customs documentation and compliance requirements.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to improve operational processes.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
