We go beyond primary care with a full spectrum of services including cardiovascular health services, behavioral health, allergy testing and immunotherapy, in-house lab testing, imaging, chronic disease management and other specialty health services. We aspire to aid the growth of our company by welcoming the most qualified and deserving candidates aboard. We are seeking a Doctor to join our team! The ideal candidate will have extensive clinical experience in healthcare, specifically as a provider and or director.

Responsibilities:

Provide support and guidance to staff
Guarantee employee adherence to policies and quality standards
Formulate strategies to aid the integrity and growth of each practice
Assist in the comprehensive planning of patients’ care
Evaluate employee performance and employees’ work morale
Train personal when necessary to maintain quality patient care
Monitor compliance with legal guidelines

Skills:

Minimum of 2yrs experience working as a Doctor (primary care preferred)
MA in relative field
2yrs experience working in an EMR system
Knowledge of current healthcare guidelines and regulations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Positive attitude that promotes teamwork and comradery
