TITLE: RV Technician
DIRECT HIRE
LOCATION: West Tawakoni, TX
SHIFT: Day Shift | Mon–Fri | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
PAY: $25–$40/hour

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The RV Technician plays a key role in the maintaining and repairing RVs to meet our high standards of quality. The technician will work in a retail service shop department and may also contribute to a new mobile RV service initiative.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain recreational vehicles, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural systems.
- Perform thorough inspections and reconditioning of pre-owned RVs to prepare them for sale.
- Provide high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the service team to support both in-shop and mobile service operations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience as an RV Technician (required)
- RV Tech Certification (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of RV systems: electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and appliances
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver"s license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset
LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:
- RV Tech Certification preferred
- Valid driver's license
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
- Technical training in automotive, mechanical, or RV-specific programs is a plus
- Equivalent hands-on experience will also be considered
The pay range for this role is:25 - 40 USD per hour(West Tawakoni, TX)
