Job Summary
- The Data Modeling team is focused on modernizing business IT systems that currently span multiple databases, user interfaces, and data formats
- This role is key to the successful migration of business data from legacy systems to a new platform
Primary Responsibilities
- Support the development, implementation, and integration of system architectures and solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software, hardware, and network engineers
- Perform system-level design, trade studies, analysis, and performance assessments
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including system diagrams, interface definitions, and test plans
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues in development and operational environments
- Participate in system validation, verification, and testing activities
Required Qualifications
- Must have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph
- Experience with database design and modeling
- Experience utilizing SQL within relational database systems (e.g., Oracle, Postgres)
- Experience reverse engineering systems in both front-end and back-end capacities
- Experience with data analysis and visualization, data normalization and cleansing, and data security
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of existing BM&A systems
Exempt hourly position. 11 paid holidays, minimum of 3 weeks PTO, company sponsored group medical plan, company paid dental, vision, life insurance, and STD/LTD plans. Salary is dependent upon the candidate's experience and qualifications.
The pay range for this role is:90,000 - 125,000 USD per year(Maryland Office )
