Xpand, a Linville Team Partners company, is seeking an Associate to join their M&A team. This position will play a vital business development role on our buy-side advisory team. This role will help originate opportunities, communicate with strategic buyers, and execute on mandates as directed by clients.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify acquisition opportunities that align with client's criteria
- Network with business owners through calls, emails, and text messages
- Review and database markets across the country utilizing various research tools
- Execute and manage prospecting campaigns
- Gather due diligence information from business owners
- Assist in underwriting potential acquisitions
- Communicate with internal and external teams on their deal pipelines
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of experience working in business development, corporate strategy, finance, or real estate
- Persistent, resourceful, self-motivated, and personable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with the ability to efficiently and accurately manage multiple projects
- Analytically minded and detail-oriented
