As our Financial Services Program Manager, you'll take the wheel on customer financing programs, training our field teams, and optimizing platforms that directly impact lives.
💼 What You"ll Own
- Financing Strategy & Execution: Manage and optimize our third-party financing programs for home service equipment and installations.
- Partner Collaboration: Strengthen and grow partnerships with key finance providers (think Goodleap, Synchrony, Upgrade).
- Field Team Enablement: Design high-impact training and reference tools so our team can confidently present financing to every customer.
- SOP & Platform Leadership: Develop and standardize processes across multiple financing platforms and integrate them with our CRM and operations tools.
- Performance Analysis: Track and report KPIs like approval rates, utilization, and customer satisfaction—and translate them into action.
📈 Ideal Candidate
You're a financial program services pro with:
- 3+ years in financing program leadership (home services or auto finance preferred)
- A Bachelor's degree (Master's a plus)
- Existing relationships with top-tier financing partners
- Strong background in SOP creation and team training
- Hands-on experience with platforms like ServiceTitan, Salesforce, Trainual, etc.
- A data-driven mindset and a passion for making systems work smarter
