Position Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Partner II will serve as a strategic recruitment expert, collaborating with hiring managers to attract and select top talent. You will design innovative sourcing strategies, ensure a seamless candidate experience, and contribute to diversity and inclusion efforts while supporting organizational staffing goals.
In this role, you will leverage your recruitment or clinical expertise and market insights to align talent acquisition strategies with Beacon Health System’s mission and organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sourcing
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates across various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Proactively source talent from diverse backgrounds to support Beacon’s diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Candidate Assessment
- Conduct comprehensive screenings and interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role-specific needs and provide informed recommendations on candidate fit.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with organizational priorities.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve desired staffing outcomes.
Offer Management
- Facilitate the offer process, including salary and benefits discussions, ensuring alignment with organizational policies.
- Partner with HR teams to support onboarding, creating a seamless and positive new hire experience.
Market Insight and Analysis
- Monitor labor market trends and recruitment metrics to enhance decision-making and optimize outcomes.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic workforce planning.
Training and Knowledge Sharing
- Share expertise in sourcing, candidate engagement, and interview techniques with junior team members.
- Contribute to the development of recruitment resources and training initiatives to enhance team capabilities.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience
- An advanced degree. In Nursing or related field is required.
- 1+ years of experience in patient care (e.g., RN, Clinical Educator, Clinical Liaison, or similar roles).
- 5-7+ years Nurse Recruitment specific experience.
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, and recruitment platforms like LinkedIn.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Familiarity with diversity recruitment strategies and initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certifications.
- Experience in healthcare, hospitals, or related fields.
