You'll drive impactful B2B sales, working with insurance brokers and business owners across the country to meet their healthcare needs. In this role, you will help businesses in all 50 states gain a competitive edge in recruiting and retention by offering healthcare benefits that set them apart. Your efforts will enable companies to make healthcare an accessible, cost-free benefit for their employees, transforming lives and changing the healthcare landscape nationwide.

What You'll Do as a Small BusinessHealthcare Consultant:
- Generate leads by leveraging industry knowledge and experience.
- Track and manage the complete lead journey from initiation to close.
- Represent Redirect Health at industry events to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
- Educate prospective clients and current customers on our healthcare products and their value.
- Guide businesses through the enrollment process, addressing questions and ensuring confidence in our plan.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance brokers to support nationwide product sales.
What We're Looking For:
- Arizona health insurance license required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Adaptability in a dynamic, evolving environment.
- Prior experience with a sales CRM (HubSpot preferred).
- Ability to learn sales software platforms (Ring Central, Employee Navigator).
- 1-2 years of experience in the health insurance industry selling group healthcare benefits.
- 2-3 years of sales experience.
- High school diploma required.
