Responsible for the Supervision of the Remote Desktop Services Team within ITAM of Information Technology. The Remote Desktop Services staff is comprised of 3 Remote Support Techs within the ITAM team. Responsible for assisting the Desktop and Warehouse Project Manager in the analysis, design, installation, management and support of all remote desktop (end-user) devices, including PCs, laptops, tablets & printers, along with bringing the Remote Practices into COA standards.
