About the Role
The ideal Senior Graphic Designer approaches all projects with creativity and curiosity, alongside a highly proficient design skill set. They will be responsible for the creation of marketing collateral for B2B and B2C channels based on briefed objectives and creative direction. The Senior Graphic Designer will be required to understand the strategy and design elements of a project, meet deadlines, and solve marketing challenges in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do
- Lead and execute all design requests within brand guidelines, ensuring they adhere to brand guidelines and support strategic business needs while managing on time deliverables.
- Apply expertise in design that elevates brand identity and increases brand awareness on projects that will include (but are not limited to); email, site assets, paid and organic digital ads, social content, MMS, box stuffers, catalog, packaging, etc.
- Design assets for compatibility with mobile, desktop and tablet.
- Create and export GIFs and simple animations.
- Conceptualize and define unique design ideas for marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Creative Team.
- Self-manage creative outputs in a project management platform for day-to-day duties and proactively communicate with cross-functional partners of each project's progress, challenges, and pending deadlines.
- Present work as appropriate to team members, Creative Director, and key members of senior leadership.
- Stay relevant and inspired in the retail and hydration space by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, patterning, and participating in professional organizations.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience of Retail or Agency design experience, preferably in B2C and B2B environments
- Bachelor's Degree in Art, Graphic Design, Multi Media Design, or similar degree. Relevant working experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree
- Proven expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
- Aesthetic eye with superior design, typography and communication skills
- Strong organization and multi-tasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities change often
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Note: Swig Life is currently operating under a hybrid work model, and this position will report on site to our Richmond office at least 3 days per week. Additional ad-hoc in office days may be required based on business needs. We are open to highly experienced remote candidates based in the following states: Illinois, Missouri, Texas, North Carolina, Ohio, Minnesota, and Arkansas. Remote employees must be comfortable traveling to the Richmond offices at a regular cadence. #LI-hybrid
