As Director of Field Marketing, North America, you’ll be a member of Siteimprove’s marketing leadership team, working in close partnership with sales, business development, partner and customer support teams. In this role, you’ll work with your field marketing team to develop the strategy, marketing plan, and execution of regional, national and global marketing campaigns, Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives, live events, webinars, and more. You will be accountable for generating pipeline that converts to revenue supporting the new customer and customer expansion goals for your region across all touchpoints, segments and stages of the customer lifecycle.
In this role, you’ll work with your teams to develop the marketing strategy for field plans, an down the execution of regional tactics including localizing global marketing campaigns, Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives, live events, webinars, and more. You will be responsible generating pipeline that converts to revenue supporting the new customer and customer expansion goals for your region across all touchpoints, segments and stages of the customer lifecycle.
You will report into the CMO and be responsible for leading a small team of field marketers.
What you will be doing
- Develop and execute the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies in partnership with sales leadership, BDRs, customer success and cross-functional teams to meet and exceed pipeline goals, regional objectives while championing the brand.
- Act as a connective tissue between global growth marketing, product marketing, and the field—ensuring visibility, alignment and impact.
- Lead and manage regional field events. Overseeing the selection process, creation of promotional strategies, managing budget, day-of execution, and providing event outcomes and results.
- Drive account-based marketing initiatives with targeted plays, personalized events, and strategic outreach tactics.
- Manage the marketing budget and track program performance, ROI and marketing resource allocation.
- Accountable for driving and aligning on the rhythm of the business; reporting on marketing performance results and make data-driven decisions to achieve company pipeline, revenue and growth objectives.
- Support tailored campaigns and messaging to enable multiple enterprise sales segments, industry verticals, and multiple buyer persona including ICP targets – experienced applying external signals, and lead scoring tools, multi-touch attribution approaches and qualification criteria.
- Strategically identify, plan, and respond to changes in the market and pipeline development to continuously support sustained growth of the company’s growth objectives.
- Mentor, collaborate and inspire a small team of dedicated field marketing professionals, sharing your expertise to foster the team’s growth, development and success.
- Have a deep understanding of marketing plan components and the ability to step back and understand the big picture while executing on details to keep pipeline engine healthy.
- Share insights, best practices, and success stories with the broader marketing team to foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement using data.
What we will require of you
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Proven success leading a field marketing team that achieved multi-segment pipeline targets and influenced at more than 80% of company pipeline.
- Proven track record of creating and leading marketing plans with cross-functional stakeholders, successfully managing their execution, and formulating and sharing the results/outcomes of those plans with key stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of B2B marketing across all functions, both digital and offline, for example: lead & demand generation, revenue & performance marketing, customer retention and expansion, local, regional, and global marketing, partner, customer, and event marketing.
- Proficiency in utilizing marketing data analytics and performance metrics to derive actionable insights and inform decision-making.
- Experience working collaboratively with sales to achieve business objectives, including experience with sales enablement tools and techniques.
- Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM (Salesforce), and analytics tools, prior success with 6sense and other signal-based models for targeting and scoring.
- Ability to thrive in a matrix organization that is fast-paced, entrepreneurial, multi-cultural, and multi-lingual across multiple time zones while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Travel as needed.

**Additional Compensation: Quarterly commissions subject to the terms of the applicable commission plan.
