JOB SUMMARY
-
The Support Services Manager is in charge of managing the Environmental and Guest Services teams’ daily operations in the hospital. The main objective is to maintain a hygienic and secure environment for patients, visitors, and hospital personnel. This position entails overseeing an environmental team to ensure all hospital zones are kept clean and disinfected. Additionally, overseeing and managing the transport team is also a part of this role. The crucial responsibilities here include arranging patients’ transportation within the facility in a safe, prompt, and efficient manner.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Experience:

One year of experience as a Team Leader in a role with supervisory responsibilities within in a healthcare setting.

Education:

High School Diploma or GED
-
Licensure & Certifications:
-
DRIVER - Driver's License.

BLS.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
-
- One year of experience in Healthcare Environmental Services/Guest Services Management strongly preferred.
- Hospital Hazmat and decontamination - operations level (preferred) AHE affiliation.
