Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
End-to-End Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit video content for marketing campaigns, paid ads, and organic social media.
Creative Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing Team to bring concepts to life and align video with campaign objectives.
Marketing-First Mindset: Produce performance-driven content optimized for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Meta ads.
Adaptable Execution: Tailor video content to multiple formats (vertical, horizontal, square) and versions (cutdowns, teasers, A/B variations).
Location & Studio Shooting: Lead both on-site and in-studio shoots, including lighting setup, sound capture, and camera operation.
Post-Production: Manage editing process alongside a Junior Video Editor, color correction, sound design, motion graphics integration (when applicable), and delivery of final assets.
Asset Management: Organize and maintain raw footage, project files, and final deliverables in an efficient and scalable system.

Required Skills and Experience:
3–5 years of professional experience as a videographer, preferably within a creative, digital, or advertising agency setting1-2 years managing a teamStrong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, primarily Premiere Pro and After EffectsSolid understanding of video production for paid media—especially short-form, performance-driven content.Strong grasp of storytelling, pacing, shot composition, and sound design.
