Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and organized Site Lead to oversee operations at our Fortune Excursions after-school program. Reporting directly to the Expanded Learning Opportunity Coordinator, the Site Lead will be responsible for managing daily activities, ensuring a safe and enriching environment for scholars, and maintaining effective communication with staff and parents.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday Hours: 9:30AM - 6:30 PM w/ 60 minute unpaid lunch break
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing scholar and staff attendance records to ensure accurate reporting.
- Completing and submitting necessary paperwork for child subsidy programs.
- Tracking and managing supplies, ensuring all materials are available and in good condition.
- Collaborating with the Fiscal Analyst to manage the site budget and submit orders for approval.
- Working closely with the Program Specialist to develop and implement educational and recreational programming that meets the needs of all scholars.
- Maintain state-required ratios of supervising adults.
- Responsible for managing scholar behavior in the afterschool program, ensuring consistent documentation of behavioral efforts, and maintaining clear communication with families.
- Facilitate and support community partners and staff-led clubs to run on-site during Fortune Excursions.
- Assessing program effectiveness through staff and family surveys, data collection and analysis, and making necessary adjustments to improve student outcomes.
