You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining consistent and on-going contact with key decision makers for commercial properties, third party administrators, and other organizations that can lead to quality referrals. - Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve targets in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain relationships with current and potential commercial clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various strategies.
- Educate clients on the company’s restoration services and tailor solutions to their needs.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate and close deals, striving to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
- Attend industry events and trade shows for networking and lead generation.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce.
What You Will Bring:
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in restoration or a related industry.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
