SUMMARY: The Cabinet Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing processes, tools, and infrastructure to ensure that the Cabinetry division can execute its efforts effectively. This role will work closely with sales leadership and other departments to drive operational efficiency, improve reporting and analytics, and manage CRM systems, processes, and sales support. The Cabinet OM will play a key role in shaping strategy by providing insights and streamlining operations to maximize team productivity and performance.
OVERVIEW OF YOUR DAILY TASKS:
- Manage and improve the efficiency of the Cabinetry operations process, including forecasting, reporting, pipeline management, and lead generation.
- Oversee the integration and optimization of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure accurate tracking of sales performance, customer interactions, and opportunities.
- Analyze data and generate reports for management to help drive decision-making and performance improvement.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment between operations and sales strategy.
- Establish and maintain performance metrics and KPIs to track team productivity, sales cycle, and customer acquisition.
- Develop and implement sales tools, training programs, and resources to improve sales team performance and streamline workflows.
- Manage the territory assignment process, ensuring fair distribution of leads and accounts among the sales team.
- Provide ongoing analysis of market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive intelligence to help refine sales strategies.
- Coordinate forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes to ensure accuracy and alignment with company goals.
- Lead data reporting process and ensure timely delivery of performance metrics and other relevant business insights.
- Ensure the alignment of Cabinetry operations processeswith company-wide goals, ensuring consistency across regions.
