About the role
We are looking for a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily operations for components and raw materials in our warehouse. This role ensures efficient receiving, storage, and distribution of materials while maintaining inventory accuracy, GMP compliance, and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, leadership skills, and familiarity with ERP/WMS systems. The Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of components and raw materials, ensuring inventory accuracy, GMP compliance, and safety standards. This role involves leading a small team, conducting cycle counts, resolving inventory discrepancies, and coordinating material flow to production. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, leadership skills, and familiarity with ERP/WMS systems.
In this role, the Warehouse Lead will manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring materials are properly received, stored, and tracked. They will work closely with warehouse staff to assign tasks, train team members, and maintain an organized and efficient workflow. Conducting regular cycle counts, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring accurate reporting are key responsibilities. The role also requires operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment while maintaining compliance with GMP and safety regulations.
Success in this position requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Warehouse Lead will use ERP/WMS systems for inventory tracking, update tasks in Asana, and communicate effectively through Slack to coordinate with the team and other departments.
What you"ll do

Qualifications
- 1-2 years of warehouse experience, with leadership or team coordination preferred.
- Understanding of inventory management, ERP/WMS systems, and spreadsheet tracking.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and ensure workflow efficiency.
