- Full-cycle support for government and inter-agency conferences:
- Pre-event planning: site selection, approvals, announcements, agenda creation, registration
- On-site coordination: attendee management, document control, logistics, problem resolution
- Post-event activities: meeting proceedings, After Action Reports (AAR) Task and Workflow Management
- Utilize tools such as Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) and Automated Message Handling System (AMHS) to assist with internal task tracking and workflow efficiency

- Research, prepare, and review Common Output Levels of Service (COLS) and Mission Essential Task List (METL) progress reports using the COLS application
- Stakeholder Coordination -Provide liaison support between MCICOM, Regional Commands, Installations, CMC Safety Division, Navy Crane Center (NCC), and HQMC I&L LPE to assist in centralizing the WHE program
- Policy Review and Recommendations -Conduct reviews and recommend updates to orders, directives, and policies that govern CSS and WHEprograms

The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply.
