Carolinas Staffing is looking for a Part Time Administrative Assistant in Whiteville, NC!
Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant has to have experience with QuickBooks and using Microsoft Office and handling backend administrative work as needed. The ideal candidate will be flexible, organized, and have basic tech savvy skills. They should be able to multitask. The Administrative Assistant should also have excellent customer service and customer support skills.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls as needed
- Provide administrative support to the owner
- Assist with data entry and other accounting tasks as needed
- Maintaining records and files
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer service or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Office Hours:
Monday to Thursday - 5 hours per day
Pay: $18.00
