The Property Services Associate – Woodrun Lodge is a hybrid operational role designed for individuals passionate about property care, organization, and cleanliness—and who are looking to grow into a leadership role within the Property Services department. Based at our Woodrun Lodge property, this position includes daily cleaning and support tasks as well as opportunities to learn and contribute to scheduling, quality & inventory control, and team coordination.
The ideal candidate is reliable, proactive, and eager to build a career in hospitality operations.
What will I be doing?
Operational Support & Cleanliness
- Ensure the cleanliness of storage, linen rooms and other shared building spaces
- Support the turnover of guest units by delivering linen, restocking amenities, and assisting with supply transport
- Maintain a clean and organized storage area and support housekeeping with inventory replenishment
- Conduct light housekeeping in select units during high occupancy periods
- Perform minor housekeeping tasks such as trash removal and responding to guest service requests
Inventory Control & Coordination
- Monitor and track linen and supply levels within the Woodrun Lodge building
- Deliver and rotate fresh linen to housekeeping teams as needed
- Conduct regular inspections of supplies and report reordering needs to supervisors
- Support distribution and delivery of stock from central inventory or other properties
Leadership Development & Growth
- Learn key leadership skills including checklist execution, property inspection, and basic team coordination
- Assist with operational planning on busy turnover days
- Gain exposure to managing relationships with contractors, internal teams, and leadership
- Receive mentorship to prepare for a future Junior Supervisor role
Team Support & Flexibility
- Work closely with the Housekeeping and Property Services teams to ensure seamless operations
- Participate in daily check-ins, pre-arrival inspections, and collaborative turnover processes
- Remain adaptable to help with changing daily needs or new tasks that arise
- Communicate regularly with the Property Services Supervisor and Housekeeping Manager
Our Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in housekeeping, facilities, or hospitality operations is an asset
- Reliable and motivated with a strong attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to lift/move up to 40 lbs and navigate stairs throughout the day
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Interested in growth within the hospitality industry
- Strong communicator with a commitment to guest and team support
- Available to work weekends, holidays, and peak times

Role Requirements:
- You must be legally eligible to work in Canada. We are unable to assist you in obtaining Canadian work authorization
- A minimum of 12-month commitment is required for this role
- A valid BC driver's license is required
