Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly motivated Systems Engineer to support complex IT systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and secure system architectures that meet mission requirements.
Primary Responsibilities
- Analyze system requirements and develop system architecture and specifications
- Support the integration of software, hardware, and networking systems in operational environments
- Provide systems engineering support across the full system development life cycle (SDLC)
- Evaluate new technologies for integration into mission-critical systems
- Document engineering processes and produce technical reports and system diagrams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and project managers
- Ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards (e.g., NIST, RMF)
Required Qualifications
- Must have active Top Secret/SCI with NSA FSP
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Understanding of system design, integration, and testing
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with configuration management and CI/CD pipelines
Exempt hourly position. 11 paid holidays, minimum of 3 weeks PTO, company sponsored group medical plan, company paid dental, vision, life insurance, and STD/LTD plans. Salary is dependent upon the candidate's experience and qualifications.
The pay range for this role is:70,000 - 100,000 USD per year(NBP)
