Our philosophy centers around developing upscale, brand-defining hotels in prime markets, partnering with industry leaders such as Hilton and Marriott. What you"ll do (mostly this...other duties may be assigned):
- Handles a high volume of customer inquiries while ensuring each guest feels taken care of in a professional and friendly manner.
- Works with clients and vendors to validate and organize invoices, charge postings and payments.
- Communicates with groups regularly to ensure deadlines are met and the cancellation policy is understood
- Provides a warm welcome to groups and acts as the main point of contact; coordinates VIP deliveries and organize welcome reception as appropriate.
- Reserves and confirms rooms, meeting space, and banquet space when necessary.
What you should bring to the table:
- Bachelor"s degree preferred
- 1+ years' experience in a similar role, office environment
- Preferred hotel experience, preferably with a Marriott or Hilton Brand
- Professionalism
- Ability to delight by anticipating guest needs and responding in a friendly, helpful manner
- Ability to display a consistently caring and respectful attitude
- Act as a gracious host to guests, vendors and candidates for employment
