Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Sales Director to build and scale our channel partnerships and outbound sales efforts. The ideal candidate has experience in SaaS sales leadership, a deep understanding of channel ecosystems, and a proven track record of building outbound sales engines from scratch.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Kixie’s channel partner program to recruit, onboard, and activate high-value partners (e.g., CRM partners, MSPs, resellers).
- Establish partner enablement initiatives, including sales training, co-marketing campaigns, and joint go-to-market strategies.
- Build relationships with key partner stakeholders to drive partner-sourced revenue.
- Build and manage a high-performing outbound sales team focused on pipeline generation and direct revenue growth.
- Design outbound sales strategies, including target account selection, messaging frameworks, outreach cadences, and prospecting workflows.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align channel and outbound strategies with overall company objectives.
Requirements
- 3-4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales leadership, with a focus on both channel and outbound sales.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling programs from inception.
- Deep understanding of SaaS partner ecosystems and outbound sales best practices.
- Hands-on leadership style with a focus on coaching and team development.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred).
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is highly desirable.
