The Preschool Classroom Aid plays a crucial role in supporting the preschool team and ensuring the smooth operation of the classroom and fostering a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for all children. JRM Preschool is looking for a breaker for our younger pod. Do you have experience working with babies and toddlers? If so, we want to meet you!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
The following duties are not exhaustive but are meant to provide a good representation of the job. Other duties may be assigned, and responsibilities may change as needed to meet the needs of the organization and the community.
- Assist in the implementation of daily activities and curriculum.
- Support the supervision and safety of children during indoor and outdoor activities.
- Help with the preparation and organization of classroom materials and resources.
- Assist children with daily routines, including meals, naps, diapering, and toileting.
- Maintain a clean and orderly classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and caregivers.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
