OVERVIEW
The Assistant Preschool Teacher plays a crucial role in supporting the Lead Teacher and ensuring the smooth operation of the classroom and fostering a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for all children.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

- Assist the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities and curriculum.
- Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
- Support children's daily routines, including meals, naps, and toileting.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about their child's progress and needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
- Serve as a substitute teacher as needed to support the needs of the school.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
