POSITION SUMMARY: The job requires knowledge of a competency in performing nursing care procedures, assessments, treatments, and techniques utilized within a physician's office or clinic setting. Renders professional nursing services in support of medical care directed by the provider. Works closely with or may lead other professional and ancillary personnel in providing total nursing care to patients. Clinical duties may include taking and recording vital signs and medical histories, preparing patents for examinations or procedures, drawing blood and administering medications or treatments as directed by a medical provider. The nurse is an integral part of our interdisciplinary team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- 1 year of Nursing experience in an Acute Care setting
- State of Alaska RN Licensure
- BLSP (CPR) from the American Heart Association
