Pay Range: $22–$28/hour, depending on experience
Ready to ditch the desk and lead projects that come to life outdoors? Tendit Group is on the hunt for a Construction Crew Leader who's part project boss, part irrigation wizard, and part heavy machinery master.
If you know your way around a skid steer, can read blueprints like a map, and have a passion for building beautiful outdoor spaces—we want to meet you.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead the Charge – Guide crews on landscape construction projects from start to finish
- Operate the Big Toys – Skid steers, Bobcats, excavators—you're in control
- Master of Irrigation – Install, repair, and fine-tune commercial & residential systems
- Coach & Mentor – Train your team, keep them motivated, and boost their performance
- Keep it Safe & Sharp – Enforce safety protocols and keep tools running smoothly
- Be the Point Person – Communicate with project managers, clients, and crew
- Handle the Details – Ensure every job hits spec, stays on time, and meets Tendit standards
What You'll Bring:
- 3–5 years in landscape construction & irrigation (as a crew lead or foreman)
- Pro with heavy machinery: Bobcats, mini-excavators, trenchers, etc.
- Strong knowledge of irrigation system parts, layouts, and troubleshooting
- Driver's license with 3 years of experience is required
- Blueprint and site plan reading skills
- Leadership skills that inspire and communicate clearly
- Spanish/English bilingual? Even better!
- Physically ready to lift, dig, and work outdoors in all types of weather
