SUMMARY: The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for high volume production team member recruitment for the assigned manufacturing facilities. This position will support our manufacturing plant operations by designing and implementing creative sourcing strategies to recruit talent and manage the full life cycle recruitment process.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Build excellent relationships with Hiring Managers by resolving concerns, communicating effectively, and provide excellent customer service.
· Create and execute unique and effective sourcing strategies and techniques to find talent.
· Selection and hiring of production workers by reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and extending job offers to qualified candidates.
· Coordinate and participate in local career events.
· Ensure standardization, consistency and compliance with recruiting practices and policies.
· Partner effectively with peers and cross-functional partners (Compensation, Benefits, Training, etc.).
· Ensure consistent communication regarding recruiting efforts by providing status updates to all stakeholders through meetings, email updates, and reports.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will not have supervisory responsibility.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
· Required
o Associate Degree in Human Resources, Communication, Marketing, Education, related field plus 2 years of experience in a human resources function, or 4 years of equivalent and relevant work experience.
o Bi-lingual (Spanish/English or Marshallese/English)
o Strong organizational skills
o Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
o Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
o Valid Arkansas Drivers License
· Preferred
o Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Communication, Marketing, Education, related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
o Previous recruitment experience
