Job Summary
- Performs preventive maintenance and repairs as assigned by supervisor
- Give reports to Supervisor as to the condition of equipment
- Responsible for the operation and repairs of pumps, fans, motors, and components of HVAC equipment.
- Assists in installation of new equipment as directed
- Responds to calls and work orders pertaining to HVAC
- Installation of window units, PM of patient convectors, ice machines and portable music
- And whatever work or duties assigned by Supervisor
Essential Functions
- Must be familiar with major HVAC controls and components
- Must be able to maintain a safe and efficient HVAC operation
- Must be willing to answer emergency calls after hours
- Must be able to assemble and disassemble condenser pumps and parts
- Must be familiar with EPA and HVAC Codes and regulations.

Minimum Education/Certifications
High School or trade school graduate or equivalent
Must possess NJ State Boiler License and HVAC Certificate.
Minimum Work Experience
Must have at least two years of Boiler & HVAC experience.
Working Conditions
Expose to heat, cold draft, hot water and stream lines, must be able to climb ladder, and lift heavy objects.
Must be able to stand physical and mental stress.
