Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage store team members, including scheduling, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Enforce store policies, health and safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Support and coach staff to achieve excellence in beverage preparation, customer service, and operational tasks.
- Ensure consistent enforcement of performance standards and barista techniques.
- Monitor and uphold high standards of performance and presentation across all shifts.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor sales, expenses, and operational metrics, implementing improvements as needed.

- Support training initiatives and ensure team adherence to brand standards.
