Job Summary:
Oversees and facilitates patient flow through the Emergency Department. Develops and coordinates assignments and delegates work to achieve desired results. Balances resources in a fiscally responsible manner. Acts as a resource to advance patient care outcomes. Takes a patient assignment when necessary. Facilitates safety huddles in the absence of the unit leader.

Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school or college for specialty; baccalaureate degree preferred. AD graduates currently enrolled in BS program with commitment to obtain BS within 3 years of employment.
Valid nursing license in RI.
Valid BLS through the American Heart Association
Minimum 2 years’ experience in field demonstrating progressively great responsibility.
