We are seeking a dynamic Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to lead a small team of analysts who will serve as key business partners. In this role, you will connect business unit leaders to their financials, providing valuable decision-making guidance to multiple leaders throughout the organization. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring financial insights drive strategic choices, contributing to the company’s growth and success.

How You Will Contribute
- Provide timely reporting and in-depth analysis for multiple philanthropic organizations.
- Lead the annual planning and monthly forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and full compliance with business standards.
- Perform complex variance analyses, build forward-looking forecasts, and run scenario models to guide strategic decisions.
- Manage and execute ad-hoc financial projects, preparing executive-level presentations that drive strategic planning.
- Champion forecast ownership by equipping business partners with intuitive tools, resources, and insights for confident decision-making.
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, translating financial data into clear trade-off analyses and business-impact recommendations.
- Collaborate with department heads to capture requirements and develop systems and dashboards that streamline data capture, analysis, and reporting.
- Partner with accounting to identify process-efficiency opportunities and strengthen data accuracy.
- Safeguard financial reporting integrity through close coordination with compliance, legal, and operations teams.
- Lead the identification and implementation of process automations and system enhancements in partnership with Knowledge Systems and Business Operations.
- Proactively deliver new insights, tools, and financial models that enhance visibility into business performance and support long-term goals.
- Ensure data integrity across all reporting systems, reconciling internal financial tools with the ERP.
- Mentor and coach senior FP&A analysts, fostering their technical expertise and strategic acumen.
- Review and validate team deliverables to uphold analytical rigor and clarity in all executive-level outputs.
What You Will Bring
- 4+ years of experience in finance roles
- Proven track record in a financial analysis role in complex or varied business environment
- Entrepreneurial attitude with a bias toward action
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, power user of Excel
- Experience partnering with the business and building relationships with leaders, customers, team members, and other capabilities across the organization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Development of business intelligence (BI) tools / dashboards
- Exceptional communication skills and executive presence; able to distill complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership
- Proven experience mentoring or leading financial analysts or small teams within a corporate environment
