Channel Partner Marketing Specialist

As we continue to grow and establish our presence in the market, we are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Channel Partner Marketing Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Drive the planning, execution, and optimization of co-branded marketing campaigns with strategic partners to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue
- Build and execute scalable campaigns with partners, including ideation, content creation, project management, and performance tracking, to ensure campaigns meet objectives and ROI targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver comprehensive partner enablement programs, including training sessions, sales collateral, and marketing assets, to equip partners with the knowledge and tools necessary to effectively promote Illumio solutions
- Collaborate with Channel lead to ensure partners are proficient in articulating the value proposition of RightCrowd products and services
- Cultivate strong relationships with key partners, including technology alliances, channel partners to foster collaboration and alignment on go-to-market strategies
- Act as the primary point of contact for select focus partners, addressing inquiries, providing support, and driving engagement opportunities to strengthen partnerships
- Manage partner communication cadence to increase mindshare within our partner ecosystem
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of partner marketing programs and initiatives; share progress with stakeholders
- Manage to a budget and be able to show demonstrable ROI
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with hubspot is highly desirable
- Proficiency with design and presentation tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Cloud
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret engagement data and apply it to strategy and decision-making
- Comfortable working with diverse teams and adapting to different working styles and personalities
- Skilled at translating technical concepts into clear, simple language for non-technical audiences
- Excellent communicator and collaborator—able to navigate cross-functional teams, adapt to changing priorities, and influence stakeholders through both written and verbal communication
