SUMMARY: Performs a variety of patient food service, diet office and sanitation duties in accordance with safety, sanitation and service standards. Serves as a liaison between the patient, Food/Nutrition Services and Patient Care Services.
Required Education/Training: Ability to read, write, and perform basic math calculations
Required Experience: Customer service experience
Required Licensure/Certification/Registration: Clay County Food Handler permit or ServSafe certification within 30 days
Preferred Education/Training: High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Experience: Diet office, healthcare and/or food service experience
