JOB SUMMARY
We're seeking a detail-driven operations expert to help streamline how our Sales & Marketing team functions. From ensuring smooth contract hand-offs to optimizing Salesforce to managing RFPs, this role keeps our systems sharp and our team aligned. You'll be the behind-the-scenes force making sure nothing falls through the cracks—and that every deal moves forward smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the SVP of Sales & Marketing by using data and processes to drive key initiatives and improve team performance as we grow.
- Ensure a smooth, accurate hand-off of executed contracts from Sales to Corporate Accounting and Operations, keeping internal teams aligned and ready to deliver.
- Manage and coordinate RFP responses, ensuring timely and complete submissions.
- Oversee Salesforce and other sales and Marketing tech tools—ensuring clean data and efficient workflows.
- Maintain and improve documentation across SharePoint.
- Own vendor registration processes and manage registrations within customer portals.
- Support internal requests from Sales & Marketing and assist with external customer needs.
- Track KPIs and lead cross-functional projects that improve clarity and execution.
- Provide training, mentor newer team members, and help evolve our internal playbooks.
- Travel up to 10%.
Required Qualification & Education
- 8–12 years in Sales and/or Marketing Operations with a track record of cross-functional execution.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Skilled in Salesforce, Excel (nested formulas, pivot tables), and SharePoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; highly organized and deadline-driven.
- Experience managing RFPs, building processes, and contract documentation.

- Experience in B2B software/services or the renewable energy sector.
- Familiarity with U.S.-based contracts for recurring services and SaaS.
- Exposure to complex deal structures and vendor compliance.
