Basic Duties and Responsibilities:
Be punctual and ready to work
Setting up, cleaning, and organizing work station
Preparing ingredients for shift; washing vegetables, chopping, seasoning etc.
Preparing oven and utensils for shift
Ability to follow food health and safety standards
Storing all food properly
Multitasking
Sanitizing and cleaning work stations and utensils
Preparing daily Chef Fresh items
Preparing daily sandwiches and salad features
Assist in preparing catering as needed
Assisting other cooks in preparing food or helping other team members when needed
Any other tasks/duties assigned

LINE AND PREP COOKS: Prepare and present DELICIOUS meals and IMPRESSIVE presentations following our Executive Chef Menus. Ability to inventory and portion ingredients. Additionally, assist in kitchen to include prep, dish room, dry stock and perishable food inventories and sanitation. Experience as a cook or culinary schooling would be ideal but we willing to train the right person with a passion for food. This is a great opportunity for growth!
