Position Summary
Suvida is seeking a natural influencer and internal consultant in Learning & Development with a passion for healthcare and an optimal patient experience! In this role, you will be a key contributor in the design, organization, and management of a comprehensive learning & development program. This is an individual contributor role that requires proven leadership and influence capabilities with room to grow as the company scales.
Reporting to the SVP of People & Culture. You will assist in fostering the cultivation of a patient/team member-centric learning & development (L&D) culture across Suvida Healthcare, ensuring that all initiatives align with business goals. In this role, you will collaborate with functional department leaders to create a learning strategy and roadmap through ongoing needs analysis that considers current operational performance and future capabilities needed while continuously improving company-wide learning experiences for Suvidanos across the company. In addition to the strategic and hands-on responsibilities, you will be the principal liaison with LMS technical partners and help Suvida Healthcare launch and implement its first LMS platform! Your ability to adapt, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and leverage your expertise will be essential. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and documenting organizational and operational processes & workflows to improve program effectiveness and drive sustained business success and execution.
Responsibilities
Using a consultative approach, develop and maintain business leader relationships, engaging appropriate stakeholders to create learning experiences that meet organizational learning needs.Under the direction of the SVP of People, this role is responsible for the building, design, development, execution, and evaluation for the overall L&D strategy and creation of a roadmap to deliver against the plan. Ensures innovation of delivery methods, including in-person, webinars, eLearning, cohort programs, etc., to meet the needs of our team members, departments, and company. Integrates and leverages technology solutions and remains current on emerging learning technology best practices. Analyze to identify and define present and future L&D needsDefine and track L&D KPIs
What You"ll Do
Establish governance to align L&D programs to business strategy by meeting with senior leaders within Suvida Healthcare to review, prioritize, sponsor, and partner in measuring and prioritizing the training requests of the business. Lead the implementation and ongoing maintenance of an LMS systemIn partnership with functional leaders within the business, marketing, internal communications, and people, this role will establish a common language, look & feel, and instructional design framework for use across the business.Lead face-to-face and virtual L&D delivery, acting as an expert facilitator on a wide range of learning topics including:Leadership DevelopmentTeam DevelopmentChange Readiness & Change ManagementAssessments (e.g., DiSC, StrengthsFinder, 5 Behaviors of a Cohesive Team)Soft Skills Consults and supports other functional operational, clinical, patient experience, and compliance training as appropriate by providing L&D expertise in adult learning principles, processes, and learning evaluation metrics.

Education, Experience, Licensure, or Certification Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, education, organizational psychology, business administration, or related field. Or equivalent combination of education & experience.8+ years of demonstrated experience in Learning & Development teams
(within the Healthcare Industry is strongly preferred), with specific experience building tailored programs aligned to customer needs AND patient outcomes across the company, integrating trends and technology.Knowledge of agile project management, Kirkpatrick Model for training evaluation, ADDIE instructional design, and/or ATS certification is a plus!Fluency in
SCORM,HTML5-based content, andauthoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or Vyond.Experience designing and facilitating learning materials based on adult learning principles and diverse styles. Strong background managing LMS implementation and supervising program delivery, ensuring seamless end-user experiences and robust reporting capabilities. Willingness to travel 20-30% Strong alignment with Suvida's purpose and core beliefs.
