We're seeking a Sales Coordinator who is more than just detail-oriented—you're someone who brings purpose, energy, and heart into every client interaction and team collaboration. This is a critical role designed to support two growing hotel markets—Harrisburg and Camp Hill, PA—with a focus on the SMERF segment and group business opportunities.

- Home2 Suites by Hilton Harrisburg North
- SpringHill Suites by Marriott Camp Hill
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Execution & Client Management
- Respond to inbound SMERF and local group leads, qualify prospects, quote rates, and generate contracts.
- Manage all group servicing needs from contract through departure, including resumes, rooming lists, and guest communication.
- Conduct site tours for potential clients and act as the primary point of contact throughout the group lifecycle.
- Proactively prospect new business through phone calls, email outreach, social media, and community engagement.
- Prepare welcome letters, gifts, and appreciation materials to enhance the guest experience and build loyalty.
Sales Administration & Coordination
- Maintain detailed sales files, group pick-up data, and client communication records.
- Create contracts, prepare Group Masters/Resumes, LNR quarterly and annual letters.
- Assemble sales call materials, prospect lists, and internal reports using Excel, brand systems (OnQ, FOSSE), and CRM tools.
- Communicate group needs and expectations clearly to the operations team and participate in pre-con meetings as needed.
Strategy & Collaboration
- Participate in sales meetings and planning sessions; present lead activity and conversion metrics.
- Maintain an understanding of local competitors, market demand, and trends in the group business landscape.
- Support the Director of Sales with special projects, training, and cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements:
- Experience with Hilton and/or Marriott systems is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Confident in working independently and balancing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Professional presence with a customer-first mindset and polished interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift/push up to 60 lbs. occasionally and maintain a flexible schedule, including some weekends/holidays.
