About Our Business in Japan:
In April 2022, we established our Japanese subsidiary, led by Country Manager Kenichiro Ina. Since then, we have experienced rapid growth and have become a trusted partner for enterprise companies across various industries.
Currently, our team consists of approximately 18 members, playing key roles such as Account Executives (AE), Sales Development Representatives (SDR), Pre-sales, Customer Success Managers (CSM), Marketing, and Partner Sales.

We take pride in serving over 60 enterprise customers in Japan, including industry-leading companies such as Sony, Sumitomo Mitsui Card, Casio, Belluna, and SoftBank. About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Solutions Consultant to support our growing business in Japan. This role is ideal for someone with a strong passion for technology, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with clients to provide innovative solutions.
You will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, leveraging your technical and communication skills to drive product adoption. Your ability to present complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner will be essential in engaging with C-level executives, including CTOs and CEOs.
This role offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment where proactive problem-solving, teamwork, and initiative are highly valued.
Your responsibilities?
- Provide technical expertise and presales support to enterprise clients, demonstrating how our solutions can meet their needs.
- Work closely with sales and product teams to drive successful customer adoption.
- Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concept projects, and technical workshops.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Stay up to date with the latest front-end technologies and digital trends.
- Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and client meetings.
About you?
- Experience in enterprise-level presales or technical consulting.
- Strong understanding of website architecture and functionality.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
Nice to have?
- Experience in web analytics, optimization, A/B testing, or personalization.
- Basic knowledge of User Experience (UX) and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) principles.
