Summary:
The Field Marketer generates leads and develops/maintains relationships to drive new business opportunities. In the field position and represent the brand and community events, trade shows, and industry events.

Responsibilities:
- Proactively generates leads by identifying and visiting areas with ongoing or potential project opportunities. Engages directly with residents to present the organization's offerings.
- Identifies and canvasses areas affected by specific events or conditions that may create demand for services. Assesses potential needs and communicates solutions to prospective customers.
- Provides temporary protective solutions as needed. Follows established procedures and communicates with internal teams to ensure appropriate documentation and follow-up.
- Collects and submits material samples or data as part of internal processing or evaluation workflows.
- Conducts site inspections and completes necessary documentation and reports, including uploading relevant information and photographs to internal systems.
- Attends meetings with external parties (e.g., inspectors, adjusters) to assist with evaluations and provide relevant updates to internal systems.
- Performs minor repairs or service demonstrations when appropriate. Documents all actions thoroughly with visuals and logs information accurately.
- Captures and maintains photographic records of project progress, showcasing conditions before, during, and after service delivery.
- Initiates one-on-one contact with potential clients through in-person outreach in targeted areas. Effectively communicates the organization’s value proposition.
- Ensures each home visit includes either direct interaction or the distribution of informational materials to maximize visibility and outreach.
- Represents the organization at trade shows, community events, or other promotional opportunities. Assists with planning, setup, engagement, and lead collection.
- Maintains accurate records of activities, leads, and customer interactions. Provides regular feedback to management regarding outreach effectiveness and identifies areas for improvement or growth.
