Provide support to the payroll department to help maintain an efficient workflow. Also, provide support to the general accounting department as needed.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Performs a variety of routine office/clerical duties, including filing, typing, and answering payroll telephone lines.
2. Reviewing and verifying employee information
3. Assist with processing of tax/benefit payments
4. Assist with onboarding tasks
5. Tasks to support the payroll team to maintain an efficient workflow
6. Other payroll and general accounting duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS/JOB REQUISITES:
Education: High school diploma required
Licenses/Registrations: N/A
Experience: Experience in a payroll setting required; Minimum of 1 year office experience
Skills: Computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google products; Highly accurate; Excellent communication skills; Detail-oriented; Ability to multitask; Well organized
